About Me
Few topics shape our daily lives as much as religion and politics, particularly in Northern Ireland. Studying these subjects helps pupils to think critically and appreciate varying viewpoints, essential skills for university and beyond.
I am a Religious Studies and Government & Politics tutor based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and I have been tutoring school pupils, homeschoolers and adult learners since September 2017.
In the 2017 A-Level series I scored first in Northern Ireland for Religious Studies and second in Northern Ireland for Government & Politics. I can teach you the same study and exam techniques that enabled me to score highly in the CCEA GCSE and A-Level exams.
I have a Bachelor of Theology degree from Queen’s University Belfast and a Master of Theology degree from the University of Aberdeen.

Religious Studies
- For a full GCSE you must study two units, or one unit can be studied as a Short Course GCSE.
- Unit 1/2: Study of the Catholic Church and/or the Protestant Church
- Unit 3: The Revelation of God and the Christian Church
- Unit 4: The Gospel of Matthew
- Unit 5: The Gospel of Mark
- Unit 6: Christian Ethics
- Unit 7: Philosophy of Religion
A-Level
