About Me
Hello, I’m Erin!
I’m a tutor, author and speaker born and raised in Belfast, Northern Ireland. I’ve been writing since I was young: my debut novel Liza’s Avenger was published by Flagship Fiction in 2017, and my second book With All Your Mind: Autism and the Church followed in 2022.
I hold a Bachelor of Theology from Queen’s University Belfast, where I researched the intersection of autism and faith, and a Master of Theology from the University of Aberdeen, where I explored the fascinating world of maritime chaplaincy.
Outside work, I love motorcycling and travelling. I’ve visited 80 countries, and Japan remains my favourite.
Tutoring
One-to-one tuition in Religious Studies and Government & Politics GCSE and A-Level for students across Northern Ireland.
Writing
My second book, With All Your Mind: Autism and the Church (2022), explores how the church can better understand and support autistic people. I’m also the author of the novel Liza’s Avenger (2017).
Speaking
I speak about autism and neurodiversity at churches, schools and colleges across Northern Ireland, GB and the Republic of Ireland.
